Vitasoy - up to 3 packets a day
Yakult - one bottle a day
Vitamin Tablet - after every meal
Ice-cream - one stick a day
OOPS ice-cream aint really healthy but it helps make my skin smooth(according to Aaron's powderful theory). Bwahaha and i've minimized my dinner intake to maintain a healthy diet. I don't skip lunch. I skip BREAKFAST. The most important meal of all and I skip them =D
