IN SINGAPORE
Last Saturday was the day I was supposed to meet up with Sherry if not for her friend cancelling on her haha. In the morning, I went jogging. I...jogged really fast all the way. So I sweated a lot that morning. When Mummy was back from the market, Daddy, Mummy and I went to eat Beach Road Prawn Mee. It's situated along East Coast Road.
Daddy and I nimbled a bit on the snacks he brought back from Macau before we went to eat so both of us were like...10% percent full. BUT the three of us still managed to finish one bowl each ^^. Daddy and Mummy still expected me to give some to Daddy haha. Breakfast leh aunty uncle, breakfast must eat heavy one. Oh ya I added A LOT of chilli powder into mine =D shiok.
When we were done, we went home. Didn't do much. Then Mummy and I went to Roxy Square because she needed to pay for her (and Daddy's) air tickets and hotel fees for my graduation. It took about...two hours??? Poor Fiona. She was new in the company but she's a really happy go lucky girl. The kind of staff you want when you go into a service company.
Mummy and I ate at the basement food court of Roxy Square. I had ban mian. Mummy had you mian. Talking about noodles. Mummy always says that she eats bee hoon for the prawn mee, Daddy eats the yellow noodles. Me? Combination. Bee hoon with yellow noodles. This is called...*echo* THE CHILD OF THE TWO GREAT LOVERS *echo*. Okok too dramatic.
When we were done, Mummy and I walked over to marine parade (the post office near parkway there) to take bus 36 to town. Both of us slept in the bus =P. Too heavy lunch. So I told Mummy I wanted light dinner. She decided to cook pork porridge x). Surprisingly, both of us also managed to wake up right before the bus stop haha. When we got off the bus, we were like two blur sotongs on the road.
We MANAGED to walk to CK Tangs. Why go there? Buy dress lor. What dress? You guess lor. Haha. I tried on like three. In the end, the first one I tried was still the best. Bought some sandals (on heels) to suit the dress, and also some necklace and ear rings. Sweet =). But we couldn't find a suitable handbag. We both forgot to go to Taka(shimaya).
It was getting pretty late so Mummy and I squeezed our way through to the nearest bus stop with bus 14. Sooo many people sia. Heng the second level of bus 14 not many people. Reminds me of...the day when Mummy and I took the bus home from Bugis. It was raining and the roof was leaking can! We moved once but in the end also no use haha. It was bus 12. Also the first day I went shopping with Mummy when I went back. LUCKILY that day not raining. So bus 14 wasn't leaking. Haha. Both of us slept in the bus again. AND managed to wake up before our bus stop again. Ha!
Went home, Mummy cooked and we had dinner. At night...pack luggage. *sigh*
STILL IN SINGAPORE. SUNDAY. Was supposed to go jogging in the morning. But in the end, I got too lazy and woke up at around 8am 'cos Mummy and I had to leave home at 9.30. It was Ah Gong's death anniversary. I went to shower and everything, and we left home at around 9.30.
We went to the coffeeshop near my house to get roasted dark, roasted meat and char siew BUT the stall in the coffeeshop wasn't open. In the end, we went to Eunos' market to get them. Wa lao S$50++ can. Siao.
We reached Ah Mah's house at around 10.25. Super early. Everyone soon started coming in. And you know what? I had more presents ^^. My biggest aunt bought key chains, crouche (I still don't know how to spell that...anyone?) and magnets from Russia. I got a crouche. Crouche's like the safety pin thingy that you hang on your shirt or something. My third aunt bought t-shirts in Malaysia. She bought a black t-shirt with three ballerinas and words saying "Prima Ballerina". The three ballerinas' tutus were made of those...real tutu material. And they're like sew-ed on. Damn nice. Then there were extra shirts because there was only one big size shirt for Germaine. Jojo grew bigger and couldn't fit the other two small sized shirts. So I took one more =P.
I talked to Ah Gong. Invited him into Ah Mah's house. Talked to him and stuff. Although...I have no impression of him, I still miss him. Don't ask me why. Then we all had lunch. When everyone thought the whole thing was over and were about to leave, Ah Mah shouted, "Buy durian ah buy durian ah!" in Hokkien. Everyone got excited and all the grandchildren (except for me because...I don't know haha felt lazy) went down to buy with Ah Mah. It's those kinda van that goes around selling durians. My older uncle paid for the durians.
That reminds me of my really young times. There used to be vans driving around, selling junk food and ice cream. They always came at the times where my parents weren't home. Then my maid would bring me out and buy me a stick of ice cream. Sigh. Those days. Now no more maid, no more junk food van. Only got durian van.
Ah Mah bought EIGHT durians. We opened five. One was spoilt. Ah Mah wanted to go chase the van for an exchange of durian but we stopped her because the van had already gone far. I tell you the durians were really good. My elder uncle and I agreed that the first durian we opened was the best because it was the most bitter one. Both of us love bitter durians =). Yep, only both of us in the family.
After the whole durian craze, all of us went home. Germaine and Jojo tom-pang Mummy's (Daddy's actually) car. Mummy first went to buy fruits and bread then drove all of us home. When Mummy and I reached home at around 3, the first thing we did was to sleep. Ha! I just collapsed onto the floor and sleep. Don't know why both of us were really tired that day.
At 4.30, Daddy woke Mummy and I up. We got ready and left home. Daddy dropped Mummy and I off at Bishan Junction 8 (very very near Ah Mah's house) and went off for his karaoke at Teck Ghee CC (just beside Bishan). Mummy and I walked around Seiyu but couldn't find any nice handbags. We walked around the whole of Junction 8 but still couldn't find any nice handbags. I guess Mummy will have to help me find them in Taka(shimaya) when I'm over here in Perth.
Mummy and I got tired again so we decided to drink milkshake in McDonald's. I had strawberry, Mummy had banana. Banana was sooo damn nice. Strawberry was sooo damn sweet. We sat in McDonald's for about half an hour then decided to walk out slowly. Just when we walked out, Daddy called us to tell us he's ready. He picked us up at where he dropped us off; the taxi stand.
We went Ah Mah's house again. This time Daddy went. Daddy didn't go in the morning because he needed to do the laundry. For dinner, we ate almost the same things for lunch. Except there were extra three sambal fishes cooked by ah mah. And the soup was different. Dinner was really superb. Really. Then we had durian again! Didn't eat as much this time because there were only three left. But everyone was asking me to eat more because the next time I get to eat such good durians will be four months later. Sigh.
When we were all done, we went home. Daddy, Mummy and I were the first to leave because I had a plane to catch at night. I hugged Ah Mah and my smallest aunt goodbye. SIGH. Got home, packed EVERYTHING I left out. Left home at 10.
Reached the airport at around 10.30. Was super early. Went to check in first. No more window seats. I was like...WHAT?! But I got one right beside the window seat so it was still ok. I was asked if I wanted an assistance but I refused so Daddy and Mummy signed a form of agreement.
After the whole check-in thing was done, Daddy, Mummy and I were debating on where to sit down and drink. Mummy and I went up to the restaurants to see but most of them were closed. Then we debated on either McDonald's or Starbucks. Mummy preferred Starbucks so we went Starbucks.
There were only seats at the sofa zone. Then Mummy and I went to order our drinks. I ordered mocha frappuccino. Nope, I'm not affected by coccaine. I can still sleep. Don't ask me why. Mummy ordered hot cocoa and cuppaccino for Daddy. When I went back, Daddy shifted down to the normal seats place. =_= Gundusami sia got good place he don't want. But the sofa place was a bit cramped la haha.
Mummy came back with my drink first. That woman forgot to take straw for me. Smart. Lol. I went to take my straw and when I went back to my seat, Ryan and his group of friends and family sat infront of my table haha. Took him a WHILE to realise I was sitting just opposite him. Blind man haha. My parents also forgot to take stirrer. Wa I really pei fu them. I had to take two stirrers for them haha. And they used the stirrers as straws. Don't know if the stirrers were supposed to be straws but they looked really funny sucking their drinks out of stirrers.
Also bumped into Nic. He was with two or three other friends. He came to talk to Daddy, Mummy and I for a while. He was sitting at seat 55. SO far.
At 12 midnight, I went into the departure hall. That's when Mummy cried and when I told her it'll only be four months. About 5 minutes after I went in, Ryan came along. I went to the toilet and when I came back out, Nic was there too. We three sat on the chairs and waited for the queue to subside. Compared shoes haha. Nic was wearing his new pair of Nike dunks. Ryan wore his new pair of black Converse (I think) sneakers. And I told them I've got a new pair of pink adidas sports shoes.
When we finally cleared the gate, Nic sat down and played Warcraft =_=. Wireless broadband. He boarded the plane first because his seat was way back. Then Ryan and I went in together. Ryan was sitting at 35. Me at 37. I sat in between two guys. On my left was a Japanese guy named Junyo who had assistance haha. On my right was a british guy.
In the plane I watched Swan Lake man! But I didn't manage to finish watching the whole thing haha. That Swan Lake was performed in 1989 CAN. So freaking long ago haha. I watched for about half an hour then went to sleep. Then breakfast came. I didn't really finish mine. Then I watched for another half an hour then went to sleep again. Woke up when the plane touched down.
I TELL YOU AR SQ'S PLANES' TAKE OFF AND LANDING ARE SO FREAKING SMOOTH CAN. ESPECIALLY THE TAKE OFF. I ALMOST COULDN'T TELL WHEN THE PLANE LEFT THE GROUND. Wa lao so long never experience this kinda smooth take off already.
At the counter, Nic had some problem so Ryan and I had to wait for him. Then we were one of the last to take our luggages. I was the first to get mine. Ryan had to take his keyboard cover. Then I went to the green lane. Nic had Ba Gua to declare and Ryan had vitamin pills to declare. In other words, I was the first one out.
I then called Aunty. Told her that Nic will be out in about half n hour to one hour's time. In the end Ryan and Nic came out together 5 minutes later. Nic threw away his Ba Gua. Ryan said his vitamin pills didn't need to be declared. Another 5 minutes later, aunty and uncle arrived. Reached home at 7.30, where all the rubbish started.

This sucks. Totally. I've been crying since I set foot in my room. Which was 7 plus. I even cried through lunch, in the presence of aunty and uncle. I need a hug. A hug from Daddy and Mummy. But they're so far away.
I'm so freaking bored. Aunty cooked porridge today. And it reminded me of Mummy again. Last Saturday night Mummy purporsely cooked porridge for me because I requested for a light dinner. Everything around me reminds me of home.
My facial products remind me of how Mummy had to rush here and there just to get them before my aunt flies over to visit me. All that junk that's left in my shelf are bought by Mummy when she was here with me in January. Mummy spent a bomb on my pimple creams. Mummy's always interested in my nail polish colours.
Daddy always reminds me to drink water. When I do my laundry, it reminds me of how Daddy kept asking me to help him with the laundry. My panadol box reminds me of Daddy's medicine box. My cup reminds me of the stupid jokes Daddy cracked.
Everything reminds me of my family. Everything. Each time I start doing something, it reminds me of my parents and I'd lose interest in doing what I wanted to do. Now I feel nauseous. I totally have no appetite.
Daddy Mummy I miss you...I miss both of you very badly. I don't even feel like doing university here anymore. When I'm bored at home in Singapore, I can talk to one of you. I'd never be bored in Singpore. Over here, there's no one I can talk to. Or at least, no one that's like Daddy or Mummy.
I hate to say this but...FUCK. I'm really hating every single second of Perth. I want to get back to Singapore after my college here. And I thought I'd be able to handle this well. But I'm so ****ing wrong. It's only half a year and I'm like this already. How am I going to survive the next 3 and a half years?
I want Daddy Mummy. I want them badly. Now I know what it really feels like missing my parents.

Ok pardon my last post. I always get a rush of emotions when I just depart/arrive in a country.
I need help. FIRSTLY, I want someone to help me tape Love at Zero Degrees. The show playing on channel 8, 9pm every weekdays. PLEEEEEASE?????????? I don't mind paying for the vcds/dvds plus a little workmanship pay if necessary! SECONDLY, someone please help me download the song "I Wish I Was A Punk Rocker" by Sandi Thom! I really really like the song! THIRDLY, someone PLEASE eat curly fries for me. I didn't get the chance to eat them. Fourthly, IM FINDING FOR A DORAEMON ALARM CLOCK. It should be a doraemon made of plastic, the clock at its tummy area and when the alarm rings, the doraemon song plays.
Thank you!
I guess I'm settling down already. All I know is I've got lotsa things to bring back to Singapore/throw away. Daddy and Mummy are coming in October to attend my graduation ceremony. I hope it'll be a success despite all that's happening back home. So Mummy asked me to pack a bag of things I want her to bring back first. Good luck ar, Mummy, it's not going to be a small bag.
I REALLY MISS SINGAPORE. Especially shopping with Mummy. Today itself feels damn dreadful. How can four months pass like four days? Nonetheless, it'll still be part of my prayer requests.
I came back with lotsa clothes. Hangers nearly all used. I forgot to bring some things back to throw but...my luggage was too full. "Your luggage not full la. Is you don't know how to pack only." That's what Mummy will say.
Ok me better stop here before I start ranting again. I need to get back my life. I WANT TO GO OUT!!!!!

I Hate Myself
I'm...back in Perth. And I don't like it. At all.
Mummy's most probably on the way to work now unless she's decided to eat snake today. Daddy's most probably putting the washed clothes out to dry. Huan Yuet, Christine and Albert are most probably in school unless one of them ecided to skip school today. Greatgrandma's most probably still in bed. Grandma's probably up and going, preparing lunch.
I miss all of them. Especially my Greatgrandma. I really don't want to be here. I want to be back in Singapore, nagging at what Daddy eats/does, being there with Greatgrandma, visiting Grandma every sunday, going out with Hy, Christine and Albert, be my smallest Uncle's listening ear, and shop/kiss/hug/tease Mummy. I don't want to be here. And lastly, I want hugs from the people I love the most.
I thought everything was going on smoothly. I thought I had the most perfect and loving family. But now Greatgrandma's only got a few months left. Grandma injured her legs. My smallest Uncle's having family problems. WHY?! WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME?!?!?! I DON'T CARE ABOUT MY EXAMS! I DON'T CARE ABOUT MY STUDIES! MY FAMILY MEANS THE MOST TO ME AND I DON'T WANT TO BE THE LAST TO KNOW ABOUT WHAT'S HAPPENING IN MY FAMILY.
It's going to be another four months. Mummy was crying at the airport and I was laughing at her, telling her it's going to be ONLY four more months and it won't be long. I'm hell wrong. Four months will feel like four years. Four months will mean more things will happen. And four months only mean I've only finished one out of four years of studies in Australia.
Why was I so stupid? Why did I want to come to Australia? I could have stayed in Singapore. Did JC or poly. Who cares studying in Australia will be one year faster? Who cares? I should have stayed in Singapore. I don't know but I'm hating myself.
I didn't cry at the airport but once I reached home (homestay in Perth), my tears started pouring. I haven't stopped crying since. From about 7.30 till now. I saw the messages from Mummy, Albert and Huan Yuet. I just couldn't stop crying. And I still can't. I cried through my shower. I cried through my laundrey.
I hate myself. I want to be back in Singapore.

Out With Miss Sherry!
Yesterday morning, I was chatting with Sherry about the meeting that was supposed to be held today. Then she told me her friend cancelled on her so we were meeting on Friday instead! Yay! I got so excited I just gobbled down my brunch, went to shower, prepare myself, and rushed to the MRT station. AND I'm PROUD to say that I was EAR-LY!!!!! I still rememeber the last time I met up with Sherry, I was late for about 15 minutes also. Heh...
I exited the wrong exit though =P. Had to make Sherry exit the wrong exit with me and then bring me up. We first went to buy our movie tickets then went back to Plaza Singapura. The first thing Sherry did was to drag me all the way down to basement's action city. I saw a baby Sylvester and jokingly reminded her of the time she said she wanted to buy a baby Sylvester for me. SHE TOOK IT SERIOUSLY AND ASKED ME TO CHOOSE A BABY SYLVESTER!!!!! I felt so so so so so bad can!!!
I was taking my time to choose the smallest and cheapest one when Sherry suddenly came up to me with a Garfield in her hands. She asked which one I preferred and I paiseh-ly said I prefer the Garfield. I thought it'd be very expensive according to the price tag BUT it was on sale. Less than half price! Heng ar...if not I really want to slap myself already...She's so sweet lo can. AND SHE SAID SHE STILL OWES ME A BABY SYLVESTER! YOUR HEAD LA! Haha.
Sherry then brought me around PS. Almost bought two tank tops but they weren't say very very nice and...I've got enough Mango clothes =D. At 2pm, we left PS and went back to Cathay Cineplex. The new one at Dobhy Ghaut! Sherry and I were late again though haha for about one or two minutes. Just in time for the movie to start after the advertisments.
Nacho Libre was not bad. Was stupid and funny haha. Sometimes your life just needs some...humour. Different type of humour. But the storyline was good. Really. Watch it if you're in Singapore because, sad to say, it's not worth A$10.50. S$8-10 still can haha.
After the movie, we went back to PS for Gelare's ice cream. Woohoo! When we waited for our ice cream, Sherry got bored...
She started playing with my garfield haha. Yep, that's me in the back haha and Sherry's phone key chain in between Garfield's legs =D.
Haha Sherry's phone keychain's really really cute can!
Garfield with his up-to-mischief look!
About 15 minutes later, our ice cream came! Woohoo!
Cookies and cream!!!!!!!!!! My favourite of all favourite ice cream flavour! It was superb k. And Sherry insisted on treating me. SHERRY AR DON'T LIKE THAT CAN! I feel so bad...=\
Going out with Sherry means I HAVE to snap pictures of her.
She looks like she's got a Gelare tissue face eh? =D
View of Golden Village from Gelare.
We finished our ice cream! Suuuperb!
Tried some more shots but...
She's so...
SO SUPER FAST LA!
We left Gelare's at around 5 for Fish & Co. We ordered a plate of fried calamaris, a plate of fish and chips and a cup of lime cola.
LOOK AT MY LIME COLA!!!!! The coke is floating on a layer of lime juice! Sooo darn cool.
Didn't take a picture of the calamaris but Sherry took a picture of the fish and chips because the fish looked weird. =D
I had a really great day that day. Sherry, I hope you'll enjoy the chocolates I gave you =). Love ya loads!

lateness. TSKTSKTSK.
Went out with Jia Hao on Wednesday. I was early for half an hour. He was late for an hour. It wasn't as bad as the last time (that time he was late for TWO HOURS) but I was a little pissed. I decided to forgive him, though. But the next time, if he doesn't arrive by half an hour, I'll leave.
ANYWAYS, we first went for lunch. Had creamy chicken in pasta mania again. I also had a cup of mango and banana smoothie. I think the nex time I'll only order a banana smoothie. Mango and banana didn't really blend very well. After lunch, we went to take neoprints.
After neoprints, we went to Meridien Hotel's Factory Outlet Store because he wanted to search for clothes. At around 5.15, I went to take bus 16 and met up with Mummy at the Marine Parade market to pick up the clothes I altered.

Okies! More pictures! I forgot to upload one picture...the picture Abigail took of our identical phones!!!!!
Both of our phones are Samsung E770. We both have only ONE BAR of battery left. Differences? The colour, mine's on silent and she has a new message. And our time settings are different. =D
This is the picture taken at the end of my ballet school's performance. Chan Soo Sen is sitting RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE with a red top and black pants. There are three spice "girls". One with curly hair standing up, and the other two sitting beside Mr Chan Soo Sen. Those sexy sexy WOOOmen! Get my point? Haha and the rest in black shirts and jeans are the future ballerinas of my ballet school. =)
The other day I was out with Jesslyn, we went to the small new urban male in Heerens. I saw these row of t-shirts that were against boys haha. Then there was this paper with different designs on them.
AND BY FAR THIS IS THE CUTEST OF ALL CUTEST DESIGNS. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THAT DESIGN SO CAN SOMEONE PLEASE BUY IT FOR ME IF YOU SEE IT AND I PROMISE I'LL PAY YOU BACK WHEN YOU PASS IT TO ME!!!!! THANKS! =)
Then on the way back (to Parkway to meet Mummy) after meeting Jesslyn, I saw some things in the bus 36 I took.
Remember lately there have been reports on bullies in school? This is simply one BIIIIIG example. But of course, this ain't as bad as what I used to experience. BUT be glad that it's all over. And I thank God for His blessings. =)
ANOTHER THING WAS THIS. Chewing gum has JUST been allowed in Singapore and this happens. How do you expect Singapore to continue allowing chewing gum in the long run?????
On Wednesday...I met up with Edward for breakfast. He told me one really stupid joke. There's this pregnant lady who met with an accident. When she woke up in the hospital, she found her babies gone. She asked the doctor frantically about her babies and the doctor said, "Not to worry. Your twins are safe and sound and your brother has named them for you." The lady said, "OH NO! MY BROTHER'S A RETARD! WHAT DID HE NAME MY TWINS???" The doctor replied, "He named the girl 'Denise'." The lady hieved a sigh of relief and asked about the boy. The doctor said, "The nephew." Get the joke? Go think about it =) Took me a few seconds to realise the joke ha!
Edward and I ate at the coffeeshop outside Chung Cheng. I had a plate of chicken rice. He said his treat. I feel so bad can! He also ate chicken rice and another plate of roti prata. I felt worse later on because I couldn't finish my plate of chicken rice. =(
We finished our breakfast at about 10.55 then I rushed into Chung Cheng. Reached Chung Cheng at about 11.05. Told Albert I was in the concourse. That idiot boy told me he's already back in class then he came to meet me in the concourse. =_=. Then I went up to their classroom. Hy kept asking me to help her write a compo lol. Sorry girl but I really didn't have any inspiration. When their teacher came, I went back down to the concourse. The breezy breezy concourse x).
I bought a bottle of pink dolphin. Sooooo long never drink that drink can haha. Then at 1.15, their lessons finally ended. Albert, Hy, and their friends, who slowly also became my friends, and I, went to the canteen for lunch. I didn't eat, though. My breakfast with Edward was still in my tummy haha. I then hung around with them. Albert went off for PUMP at 2pm. Was telling him not to turn into a penguin after PUMP =D. THAT IDIOT KEPT PLAYING WITH MY PHONE!!!!! If spoil, I'm going to seek revenge on HIS PHONE. Wahaha. And oh ya, he has S$XXX in his wallet. GO ROB HIM! XD
Then I accompanied Hy till about 2.45. She finished her compo then went for PUMP/detention. She got two at one go sia. Haha jia you k? =) Then I took bus with Sharlyn. Went back home to wait for Christine. She FINALLY came at around 4.30pm haha. It was a very very important date. Why?
Because it's exactly one year since they came to my house =). Too bad Hy can't come =(.
We had loootsa fun. Played in my room and surfed the net in search of cute guys =D. She even ate dinner with Mummy and I haha. OH YA we saw a cute guy at the bus stop! Hehe.
Before she left, she secretly drew something else on my bed without me knowing. She's so sweet can! Sigh. I'll be waiting for 19/7/07!!!!! =)

Then there was this paper with different designs on them.

neoprints again
Didn't do much on Monday. Went jogging early in the morning. Then went to Parkway with Daddy for brunch. Then I bought my stationeries at Popular. Daddy won't buy me the $9.90 Garfield I saw! It was the last piece even!
I woke up super early on Tuesday to send Daddy off to the airport. Yep, he's going for holidays! Macau. Like, WA LAU. Haha. I know it rhymes. Had brunch in the airport. Creamy pasta. YUM can? I nearly made Daddy and Mummy kiss la! If only Mummy didn't apply SUCH THICK LIP STICK HOR DADDY??? Haha.
Mummy sent me home then went off to work. Met up with Jesslyn at Somerset MRT station at 2pm. Okok I mean 2.15pm. I was late. Sorry Jess! So...we took neoprints!
MINE:
-The pink and brown checkered Burberry wallet.
-The cute guy working in Paragon's Gucci.
-BOYFRIENDS FOR JESSLYN AND I.
-A silver/white gold chain (necklace) for my cross pendant.
-Extended stay in Singapore, or, at least, make the next four months feel as if it's only four DAYS.
That's for now! Will place it up in my template soon. =)

Yep! So many huh! Three machines! But these aren't the best yet. =) We also had ice cream, eyed on a cute guy in Gucci and eyed on the pink and brown checkered Burberry wallet. Both of us have decided to make a wishlist!

Germaine's birthday celebration
Sunday...accompanied Mummy to the market. She needed to get the ingredients for the chicken soup she's going to cook on Monday. Then my parents picked Germaine, Jojo and Ernest up. 6 of us went to visit Greatgrandma.
Greatgrandma...seemed happy seeing me. I love her. And...I'm not ready to lose her. Never.
Next was Grandma's house. We're there super early. Dinner was curry...and other dishes. After dinner we celebrated Germaine's birthday. I mean, it wasn't her birthday that day but we decided to celebrate is beforehand.
Germaine and her cake. You're 18, girl! =) Uh...that's Samantha on the left.
The grandchildren with Grandma. =)))

~family dinner~
Christine's coming to my house in any time. Wei Xian just told me that my neoprints remind him of S.H.E. ANYHOWS, I'm still going to blog.
Saturday morning was...a morning I've really been looking forward to. My parents and I were going to visit two temples and a cemetry. I'd made this special request weeeeeks ago. And finally, I was doing it.
First stop was the furthest; cemetry. Visit my grandma (Daddy's mum). Placed a bouquet of chrysanthemum flowers on her grave. Then was the temple. Grandpa (Mummy's dad). I love visiting him. Don't ask why. Then was another temple. My uncle (Daddy's brother). I've been DYING to go up and take a look at him but he's at level 5 and the temple is very wu lu. I hope...he heard and saw me.
After the whole thing, my parents and I ate at Ang Mo Kio's market. I had Bak Kut Teh. I still prefer the one Mummy cooks. Daddy even ate TWO bowls of Kuay Chap. CRAZY CAN??? I go overseas 6 months only he anyhow eat already. Haha but ok la. Only once in a very long while. Mummy knows how strict I am with Daddy's diet. =)
After lunch, we went home. Was supposed to meet up with Marcus and Janet BUT Marcus didn't contact me. So I just slept my afternoon away. At night? Dinner at Beach Road!
My uncle (Mummy's second youngest brother) treated me and my whole family (Mummy's side) to dinner at his newly opened branch in Beach Road. Hopefully his business continues to grow, allowing him to open more branches.
Almost everyone was there. Except my eldest aunt, my third aunt and her husband, and my fourth aunt and her family. My eldest aunt, third aunt and her husband went to Malaysia. My fourth aunt and her family haven't come back to Singapore for holidays. Although the dinner lacked their presence, the dinner was still a good one.
It was a Japanese restaurant. Had Sashimi, Shishamo, my unique Udon noodles, and a lot more other side dishes. My smaller uncle and I chatted a lot. He hasn't changed. He's still the uncle who wrote the post cards to Mummy 16 and a half years ago. The uncle who still dotes on me. He may look like one who doesn't like kids but, as the saying goes, looks may be deceiving. He helped me with my desserts. =) For once, I deeply felt his love. And hey, he's only in his late 30s. Or at most, early 40s. He's really really young.
After dinner, all of us went home. While waiting for Daddy to drive his car to the bus stop Mummy and I agreed on waiting at, Mummy and I saw lotsa school buses fetching primary 5 kids. Reminds me of my primary 5 days. Wooo national day. I'll be missing national day...but I hope I'll be able to celebrate it in Australia.

WHERE DO I GET THE TIME TO POST PICTURES. B-U-T I still must post pictures 'cos if I don't, I WON'T GET TO DO SO IN AUSTRALIA.
So here comes the pictures!

The restaurant was full of graffiti. But it wasn't considered vandalism. 'Cos it's something like a graffiti restaurant. Christine drew this. LOL. It says Rain.Ice.Moon. Rain is Christine, Ice is me and Moon is Huan Yuet.
Christine then drew this. She hor. Only draw Huan Yuet and me. ALBERT LEH???
