OVERDUE.

Here are some photos that are looong overdue. Heh.

As said before, Mummy and I went Ciao Italia with Wei Xian and some of his family members two Thursdays back.
The very scenic walk to Ciao Italia. Loved the walk.

All of us shared two loafs of garlic bread, a pizza and chilli mussels. Among ourselves, Wei Xian's bro and sis-in-law shared a bowl of soup and ravioli. Mummy and I shared tortellini al funghi. For dessert, Wei Xian and his family shared two plates of tiramisu. Mummy and I shared a hazelnut chocolate gelato.

The very crazy two. =D

We were given noughats. I only took one. Heh. Took the green tea noughat.

Took another scenic walk back to the car after dinner.

The food was more than just heavenly/awesome/terrific/splendid. Service was hell good as well. I WANT TO GO BACK AGAIN!

As most of you would have known, Daddy came down last week. For four days.

On the second day he was here, Daddy, Mummy and I went down Northbridge and city together.

Ate at De Shun Hong Kong BBQ. De Xing was much better. Sigh. What to do? All De Xin(g)s serve better food! =P

Daddy and I have concluded that Gloria Jean's just not Mummy's friend. Everytime she drinks at Gloria Jean's, Singapore and Perth alike, her coffee will ALWAYS be not hot enough. Daddy's was PIPING hot! I, uh, have never tried their hot drinks there.

So much for reaching the bus stop half an hour early eh.

Third day, Daddy, Mummy and I had lunch with Wei Xian. Daddy's treat. Well, not exactly. 'Cos Daddy used the A$50 note he picked up on the floor somewhere near Broadway Fair. =_= Sian.

Made tiramisu for Daddy on the second day and was afraid it'll fail 'cos I used a different brand of cream and it felt weird but Daddy lurrrved it. I, personally, was actually quite disappointed with it. And it's actually because I did it slightly wrongly the first time and added a bit more liquor. This second time I did it the right way with the right amount but it didn't taste as nice. Lol. What irony.

Seen any fruits with this pattern of seeds? Haha Daddy said it's his favourite childhood fruit. He didn't bring back any. I suspect it's because he wants Mummy and I to think of him whenever we see them on the dining table. =_= Righto.

On the last day, Daddy, Mummy and I went to Cafe Ela for breakfast 'cos I promised Daddy I'll have coffee with him one day. The very smart Mummy wore new clothes and shoes just for half an hour.

The price-winning breakfast: french toast. You guys MUST try it man. Mummy and I have planned to visit that cafe for breakfast again soon.

Daddy flew when I was still in school. Sigh. Oh wells. One more month!

Random cell photos:
Junie made chocolate tarts while I made fried rice.

Some cell members lol. Junie took back her words about my fried rice. She actually loved it. Very much, in fact.
