Anyways, today was first day of work. I very excitedly took a train down to Bouna Vista and went to Ulu Pandan CC, was 10 minutes early (I'm so freakin' proud of myself) and then there was no sign of The Players Theatre!!! I started searching frantically, asked the office if they could help me get The Players Theatre's contact number and realised, only 50 minutes later, that I have Carina's number with me.
So I called and found out rehearsals was at Little India. Great. Took the train back down to Little India, got lost for a bit in Little India and reached the rehearsal place at noon sharp. I suppose rehearsal was going well 'cos everyone looked really friendly. No sign of "wa lao she's damn late".
From what I've seen so far today. Charlotte's Web looks like it's gonna be a damn awesome production. They also have a very humorous cast haha. And I'm very much amused by how they talked about productions like The Animal Farm and The Full Monty just like the way we talk about Cloud 9, Disoccia and Sweet Charity in LASALLE. Like as if they're just happening next door. Also I heard juicy information about the Pang couple, much like how magazines talk about Ashton Kutcher and wife.
Ohh it feels like Cloud 9 all over again and I'm damn excited. As of now I'm stuck in school waiting for Robert to reach around 5pm to help me with my monologue. I hope Charlotte's Web was a great motivation for me to audition for Acting now!
Don't say I didn't warn you about karma.
